        cherrygal:
Do acupressure on the area 3 fingers below the inside of your wrist. Depress on it abt half an inch in and see your own fingers curling / twitching. Do for 5 mins on each hand and soon, you'll be yawning.

        Hi cherrygal,

Do I press and hold for 5 min ? or press/release/press/release ? press with how many fingers ?

        thanks !

          Hi Joconde,
Yes, you can press, release, press or just massage it with your thumb. It must be hard enuf but not so hard as to get a bruise! hahah

          Hi Pink Daisy,
My mom used the Body Shop sleep mist and cream before. She says it works. You can try.

hi i used to have difficulty sleeping too. Either hard to fall asleep, or i’ll wake up in the middle of the night and toss n turn for ages. I know how torturous it can be and i really sympathise!! A few things i’ve found to be helpful:

            - Regular exercise
            - Make sure u unwind for at least 30min before u go to bed. Watch tv, read a bk, anyting to relax.
            - If u’re not even tired or sleepy, don’t force yrself to sleep cos u’ll end up tossing n turning n feeling frustrated.
            - Axe oil n DIY head massage

            Hope this helps!!

I agree with Honey. When I had trouble sleeping several months back, what I did was that I would walk or run for 30mins to 1 hour at nights. It helps to really tire yourself 😄 Plus when sleeping I don't place my phone near me to avoid the temptation of chatting or going to social media or watching videos.

I used to think bad sleep causes me to feel stressed. Now I realised it’s stress that causes bad sleep. I changed pillow a few times but no matter which pillow I would only get neckaches and headaches when stressed… :S

You can try dried longan. It helps me from waking up at night. I take about 5 dried longan before I go to bed. https://www.asiaone.com/health/tcm-clinic-eat-fruit-better-sleep

I try to not take my phone or any electronic gadget to bed with me, since having them within reach will definitely keep me up by checking my social media, watching videos and chatting.
