Sharing fastest route to TJC if you are staying East side. It’s shelter to bus stop right out from Exit A. Take Bus 12, 38 or 47 and stop right outside TJC gate. The frequency of the buses is very fast. Try it out your own to familiarize the route. Between its a great school with no stressful at all cause my child is studying there from last year. If you have chosen, definitely no regrets. All the best and welcome to TJ.

Hi, hopefully someone will reply me. I’m a parent of a P6 girl and I am thinking of TJC based on distance and the enrichment programs it offers like the talent development program and the talent academy, so will be looking at DSA-ing through academics. I’m just wondering what the stress level is like. I read that TJC is quite chill and very relaxing, but my girl is not the very self-motivated type so I’m looking for a school that is competitive (but not those cut throat competitive kind like the top H or R kinds) so that at least she will be spurred on by the environment to study harder. Is there such a competitive environment in TJC? Do the teachers push the students to stretch their potential or just let them develop within their comfort zone? For those in TDP and Talent Academy, how do you find it?
