I 'secretly' love the organised look of those kindergarten classrooms where all colour pencils, magic pens, scissors, etc are put away in identical looking containers and stacked neatly.
I 'secretly' love to admire office stationery supplies full of pens, staple bullets, post it note pads, paper clips etc stacked neatly in the cupboards.
HOW i wish my house is abundant in supplies like those Army store house!
LOL

Can be done. You just buy in bulk and pack them in your cupboards.I 'secretly' love the organised look of those kindergarten classrooms where all colour pencils, magic pens, scissors, etc are put away in identical looking containers and stacked neatly.

Kiddos have their own rooms. We renovated their rooms last year and they each have their own study area. DH consulted a fengshui master when we first bought our place and the kids study areas are where the master say their wen cang wei is. We did built-in shelves for their files and stationery. They each have a bookshelf next to their beds for their storybooks. Sometimes the kids will gather in either of their rooms and do their work together.
DH and I have our own study room. And in one of the cupboards, I stored stationery mainly for the kids. Whole boxes of glue, correction tapes, pencils, pens, erasers, staples, a few packs of construction papers, printing supplies, etc. -

Sounds like something that is quite easy to replicate - just get some storage boxes or units and stack them in a cupboard or bookshelf. But if you really like the 'bulk' look it may not be practical for a small family as the supplies may not work or discolour after storing for too long. I usually buy extra of most common items and keep them in a bag on a shelf. My kids will help themselves when they need the items and tell me when the stock needs to be replenished. I don't like to have to rush to get a single item when they need it.I 'secretly' love the organised look of those kindergarten classrooms where all colour pencils, magic pens, scissors, etc are put away in identical looking containers and stacked neatly.

Where can we get affordable ergonomic table and chair for kids?

Beside the study tables are shelves of books so the boys have easy access to their books. We have another 2 full shelves of books for leisure reading. It works well for us and the boys usually spend time at their study tables to do their work or reading on the sofa.
