I just called Rgps admin.
The lady over the phone said that due to some parents do online submission in P1 registration, is all controlled by Moe now. She said MOE have the numbers. She said she don’t know which distance bracket for SCs is balloting this year. -

I called both RGPS and MOE, both not disclosing.
They say wait for official announcement via MOE website on the 12 Aug by 6pm as stated.
Guess just need to be patient, catch some fly past on National Day and wait for 12 Aug then. -
Moe and schools have to be on the same page. If any schools disclose (and other schools don’t) moe could come after those who do.

RGPS say they don't have the data need to call MOE as MOE doing the reconciliation. MOE say they don't have the data but you may call the school of your choice but they not sure if the school will disclose.
But in any case cold also understand why the person picking up the call does not want to disclose, especially last year and this quite a few people get haul up under the Official Secrets Act. If I'm working there, I also might not want to disclose thinking it's alright, but in the end for some unknown reasons getting into trouble. -

In my own simple mind. The lack of disclosure on day 3 is causing a lot of people to think day 2 numbers are final. Same things with my work colleagues. Some thought day 2 numbers = close shop….

For Phase 2C, previous years are the same as well. For example in 2020 they also update the numbers and balloting distance on the day the same day.

As previously mentioned, for this year...all the previous phases the day they will update the numbers, they will also update balloting distance. For Phase 2C, previous years are the same as well. Just that Previous years can’t be used as yardstick since if so we would have day 3 info!
