Previous years Day 3 info also not updated on Day 3. Last year enrolment period for Phase 2C happen to be on 3 to 5 Aug as well and the numbers for Day 3 were not provided on 5 Aug as well. It was provided on 12 Aug together with the balloting status.

Regarding previous years can't be used as yardstick...last year is the first year it all went online, I'm not sure how it works in the years before. As such, I mentioned that for this year in the previous phases, it is the same...no updates on numbers on final day of application, numbers and balloting status will be updated on the date stated on the MOE website and results announced on another date if your application requires balloting.

It serves little purpose on day 3, to put up an unverified day 3 number plus without the balloting range.

101 was the number for end of Day 2. It's not updated yet.
Most likely after 4PM based on past phases in fact I think all after 5 except for 1 of the phase was just after 4PM.

You & Floppy are birds of a feather, flock together

I have been observing u for a long time

In several past posting, whatever Floppy mocked as me, you quickly follow suit, support Floppy by agreeing or singing the same wavelength

By now, many people know that u and Floppy, are in the same gang, like to ridicule me too
