Having checked with parent chatgroups, you can consider
My Primary 4 daughter is identified as a High Achiever Learner and has been selected to do the E2K Math in school.
Passed GEP round 1 but was not selected into the GEP in Primary 3.
Overall Math and Science scores are above 95% and she tells me that the Math & Science school work doesn't pose a challenge to her.
What is a good PSLE math enrichment to stretch my child's potential? Preferably one that can teach the core school syllabus well, and also some GEP & Math Olympiad concepts to prepare for 'stretch' questions that are appearing increasingly often in the PSLE.
I have shortlisted 3 options. Please share any feedback. Tks. 🙏

Is the Maths Hub at Bukit Batok good for Maths Olympiad training?

Both the famous mathematics enrichment centres @kiasutoh mentioned, that focus on math olympiads and advanced psle mathematics / gep mathematics, have more than 90% of their high achieving mathematics students scoring AL1 for psle mathematics.
After reading the recent https://www.zaobao.com.sg/forum/talk/story20221201-1339038, I do believe that students need exposure to olympiad type mathematics or gep type mathematics, to consistently get AL1 for their school mathematics exams and succeed in their DSA application.
But must choose those mathematics enrichment centres that teach the methods that SEAB and MOE accepts, or else end up like those 11 students from class 6A of nan hua primary in that zaobao forum letter.

For avocado Lab, the above advertisement says 90% of their students got AL1 for their prelims but only 70% of their PSLE students got AL4 or better. I think something is wrong with the PSLE marking this year. It is not an isolated problem that Nanhua parents face for the PSLE students this year.
For nicklebee maths, it says 93% of their Advanced Maths students got AL1. How about their small group classes? Why do they specify Advanced Maths students only? Advanced Maths programmes are mostly GEP students or Maths Olympiad students leh - these kids also need tuition to maintain their AL1 grades ah? -

You mean this? Ya i was wondering the exact same thought. From hearsay in the parents chatgroups, the nanhua cases are not an isolated incident. Got other cases across the island. Not sure how true, but parents have been sharing of their gep kids, mathematics olympian gold winners and even those with confirmed IP DSA normally always score AL1 in school, but did worse than expected for their psle mathematics this year.
This forum also have fellow forumers pointing this out.phtthp\" post_id=\"2091155\" time=\"1669906714\" user_id=\"35251:[quote=phtthp post_id=2091155 time=1669906714 user_id=35251]If we were to trace back to that very day when PSLE results got announced, in this 2022 Psle thread, that day itself, was rather quiet.
But, a few days later,
some parents from other primary schools also shared the same \"nightmare\" encounter, for PSLE Maths. So, don't think that is just confined to Nan Hua primary only. But, Nan Hua parents happen to be the first group, to report to Chinese zaobao press.lee_yl\" post_id=\"2091148\" time=\"1669904209\" user_id=\"17023:

Ya i always thought that the gep kids and mathematics olympians sure score AL1 for their psle mathematics. But as the https://www.zaobao.com.sg/forum/talk/story20221201-1339038 showed, this was not the case this year, end up the 11 nan hua top scoring students only score AL3, AL4 and even AL5 for actual psle mathematics.

So this makes the http://www.nicklebeetutors.com/ and https://avocadolab.sg/ psle mathematics results for their advanced mathematics programmes even more impressive. They somehow managed to maintain their % of AL1. Must have some 武林秘笈 LOL.

Maybe
Maybe only, you should devote more time in languages - since your child is already scoring 95% in maths and science.
Could be a better strategy for psle.
2 cents. -
Only 1 more year to psle for my eldest kid.
If only he can score 95% in maths and science consistently.
Normally he get AL1 for his mathematics WA. AL2 if he is careless.
But he did not do as well as expected for his primary 5 mathematics end of year.
Primary 5 science end of year still alright, within expectations.
Languages is another headache.skii\" post_id=\"2092544\" time=\"1671503618\" user_id=\"82603:

WA is not a good gauge, since it only tests a limited number of topics, and the time is shorter as well. EOY tests all topics under a longer time, with both Paper 1 (no calculator allowed) and Paper 2.

Going by the experience of many parents this year, there’s no guarantee of AL1 in Math even if consistent all along. Focus on the weaker subjects as there is more room for improvement. Languages especially has massive room for increase in marks for components such as Oral and Compo. We got more boost in marks from creating good impressions in languages than from trying to prevent careless Math errors. -
