I don’t think NYJC has declared before they aim to be top JC? They have been doing what they deem fit these years. and students keep choosing it ahead of other JCs out of their own will and that push down the NYJC COP.

Then whats this secrecy in revealing mean/median if they have succeeded in making their students excel?

Has NYJC declared their 2022 A level result is excellent? I think every school would declare they would want to help their students to excel on their website or in their speeches. It is still possible their 2022 A level results are not good despite good intention. Call up to ask them if you really want to know the truth. If their non publishing of A level results imply some negativities to anyone, Then don’t enroll into it or transfer out lor. If it’s just for discussion sake, I have no further comment.

I do agree with you that it may be possible that their A level results are not good enough despite good intent

However, as a responsible educational institution that have one of the lower cutoff point, should they not be transparent to give minimally the mean and median so that aspiring students can make a informed judgement whther to enroll in the school ?

Maybe they think there is no rush to publish? 🤷

                  Nah !

If u refer back to past years of history, ever see NYJC publish anything, on their A level results ?

                  Nothing

                  Every year, publish Nothing
                  Every year, so secretive !

                  Come on, bbbay.
Your son studying in Chung Cheng High ( Main ), because I see a lot of your comments inside CCHM thread.
His affliated JC therefore, is none other than this JC, called \"Nanyang\" JC. As his parent, we would assume that u know what's going on, in terms of publish or not publish impt A level info (results). So, how come u still want to tell all of us here,
                  \"no rush to publish\" ?

                    Exactly !

To be transparent, is to be honorable. NO need to hide.

                    I respect National Junior College.
At least, NJC is still transparent, even though they are not within Top 5. This is the spirit (attitude) in JCs, that we are looking for.

What Is the sign of a great Leader, Nanyang JC ?

                    Is one who
should not be afraid to take criticism, should not be afraid to be offended, no need to hide.

                    Therefore,
                    Nanyang Junior College,

Learn from National Junior College !
