I remembered when I was in primary 2, I wrote a letter to my CL teacher every week and hope for her reply. She sometimes gave me a reply every two or three weeks and I always guessed what would be her reply. Every day was so meaningful because I had a hope at that time.

Yes. But the population in Punggol is increasing so I guess there is a need to include a couple of decent secondary school in the area.
