I heard news that Anglican High is accepting G2 (normal academic) students from 2024. Is it true?

Anglican High is a SAP school, offer only Express stream. No Normal stream, inside. In 2020, the PSLE Cut off point was Tscore 240. -

The link does not mention Anglican High. I think phtthp is correct cos SAP schools are not obliged to join the FSBB drive.

Hi all, anyone knows If Victoria IP needs to take HCL or have option for HCL?
Also is there any Catholic high open house?
Thanks! -

Do you mean to be eligible for IP, it is a requirement to have HCL in P6? Nope, you do not. But the kid got into Vic IP, it is a must to take the HCL subject.

I kind of agree with you, especially if the student does not have good time management. By right these students would be more discipline and able to focus better but if they need tuition to sustain the academic demands plus training 3 to 4 times per week, it might lead to burn out and whatever stress and pressure that come along the way.
Would caution against over-training a primary child in a single sport. Individual sports are generally overly competitive these days due to what parents have done. Have already heard many stories of teens who got tired of the sport in sec because they were overly trained since lower primary. And be realistic in the schools to target for, as your child will not just have to cope with the multiple trainings (usually 3-4x a week) and academic demands (esp in top schs).
