Hi, the report book is shared for the DSA application, so for their activities in the school for example choir performance in the school concert, will be be shared with the DSA committee online or do we have to write down as one of their 10 achievements in the application.


Also we are applying for 2 domain ie science & choir , all out of school activities will be group under the 10 achievements? if they have dance training, which is not related , should we write it down as well?

I suggest to check with the school. Some schools submit the bare minimum stated by MOE like school results and school/MOE edusave awards and any medals only. If just participate without medals or enrichment like E2K or school wide activity, not included (disclaimer-these were also not in report book). So these, you will need to add in yourself. Some schools are more “onz” and submit more.

The school can only issue one (either a CO or WL), even if u applied under 2 talent areas. They may or may not interview/audition you for both talent areas before deciding.

Is there any parent/kids who can share DSA leadership experience with IP school?

We would like to know more what we need to prepare interview, personal statement and so on.

Also want to know chance of getting DSA leadership according to previous experience if the kid is holding Head prefect/Vice Head prefect position with AL6/7 but not Singaporean.

Some schools do request for submission of personal statements as part of their process (upfront stated on their website). This is after the DSA portal has closed. The schools will usually email the candidates directly for submission of personal statements.

My kid was informed it was not allowed while attending DSA session organised by primary school last year. So I guess it was referring to submission to DSA portal then.
