I just settled lunch for dh and I.
Still thinking what to cook for dinner.

It is cloudy outside and may rain later. Maybe it is better to stay at home to nap after lunch ...
I bought 3 portions for dds to share for 2meals. Snacking in between. I don't have to cook already. If at night they want to eat noodle, dumplings or eggs. They can settle it themselves. For me, I m done with my food for today.

Mum who are aged 50 or 55 above, have you received the invitation on Healthier SG?

I went for my 1st free consultation and received 3000 health points in my Health Hub app.
This is equivalent to $20 ntuc voucher.

Will get to it after my trip. Guess no great hurry as my time is very tight.

DH and I received the sms (from MOH) even though we are mid-40s. To sign up via Health Hub app (Singpass login). I guess if no chronic conditions then no hurry for the first consultation?

Step 1: choose your preferred clinic
Step 2: book an appt at this clinic.
For the 1st consultation, the doc just chit chat and asked if i hv any medical conditions etc.
I asked him what is the next step. He said wait for the govt to announce ...

On the same night after the consultation, I received the 3000 health points.
