DH and I received the sms (from MOH) even though we are mid-40s. To sign up via Health Hub app (Singpass login). I guess if no chronic conditions then no hurry for the first consultation?

Dabao YTF, snacks and soya bean drinks this morning. Sufficient for whole day supply of food. I was extra happy this morning coz I reached a new 'milestone' in my weight. Talking with mom ..then say that everything will be打回原形after 7 wks holiday 😂
              :rahrah:

              You still doing IF?

Step 1: choose your preferred clinic
Step 2: book an appt at this clinic.
For the 1st consultation, the doc just chit chat and asked if i hv any medical conditions etc.
I asked him what is the next step. He said wait for the govt to announce ...

On the same night after the consultation, I received the 3000 health points.

Flew biz class for work before and for holiday with my family. Recently my friend and I had a discussion about this. I prefer to fly business if it’s overnight flight (if got good deal) so that we/my kids can sleep comfortably and feel refreshed when we touched down early morning go start our day but my friend prefers to fly biz class during the day so that she can enjoy the perks on flight. Makes sense too right cos when we flew overnight, we did not even eat those supper or snacks or dessert etc.

exactly! Day or night flight is more value for money?
