Phase 1 registration starts tomorrow. After these 2 days, parents will be able to monitor the number of places avail phase after phase.
real excitment only starts right after Phase 2A2. Only then we would know how many vacancies are left for Phase 2B and 2C.

There is forms on a website but it is of no use as when u queue up if under 2C group , there is a number written on the form, written according to your queued number just on the upper right hand corner under ‘REGISTRATION NO.'
Attached is a sample of the Phase 2C form.

hi mummies,
would like to check for immunisation certificates, do we bring the health booklet to the sch or do we have to print it out from the National immunisation registry website?
