Do you know what time Kwong close every day? -
tree nymph:
I thought they make the pau at Jln Batu then bring over to lrg 32 to sell? no?
If u go to Jln. Batu in the afternoon,
u will see dat's when they start to make
the small bak paus on site.
Do they make earlier batches to send to
other branches/franchisees?
Or these other branches/franchisees make
the paus themselves?
I heard they do not taste as good
so I don't bother to try at other outlets. -

Yes tree nymph, of cos I tried.Vito,
did you try? How is it? worth the queue?
Not bad, but I think the Heng Heng Prawn Noodle at Dunman Hawkers Centre is better

finally tried the satay from the Lagoon Hawker Center, but did not ordered the pork belly satay .....
while the satay was ok, I found the peanut sauce to be too smooth for my liking. I prefer a crunchier sauce.
But I still plan to go there and try the pork belly satay and the scallop satay one of these days.
any recommendation of which Malay satay stall to zero in at Lagoon?
