28 registered this morning. As I left the school at 3pm, parents were still coming. Looks like a lot of PVs are willing to risk it all. Understandable, since they have put in so much effort!

Are you talking about CHS?
Unlike Catholics and grassroot members, PVs can't take their 2B qualifications to another school...so they really have no other choice!

No, they did not post the information this time.
My guts is its about 50% of them within 1km.
The PVs who do not get a place during balloting will join the 1Km ballot again.
Its hard to tell if most PVs getting a place is staying within 1km, because it all depends on luck !

Did you register, by the way ?

I have not registered yet. Will wait till tomorrow since my 2B can be at any Catholic school. Unlike PV, they only have one shot at 2B. I pity them really. Don't see them as competition la. Just hope as many people as possible can get what they want.

I guess.... if it's PV, almost all within 1km...
I went CHS and ATS earlier this year, and ask for PV issue. CHS if not
stay within 1km, difficult to get PV chance because 1-2 km PV is no chance to ballot from pass year history.

I will try to do PV at ATS and Kuo chuan.... and see 2B situation in ATS
if not good , then I directly go to kuo chuan liao~....

Kuo chuan not too bad , right?

and hope my son can transfer as top student at P3 .

Read up the http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=420and see if that's what you would like to do.

The advantage of that route is that you don't have to PV for multiple schools. Once qualified, you can choose to register in phase 2B of any schools in the area.
