Or the higher birth rates only came from specific districts?

Meaning for example… mommy residents within NYPS give
birth to more children than say… Clementi?

I was suprised by this year phase 2A2, there are so many applications & successfully got in, when I thought 2004 birthrates are lower than 2003.

I was wondering as well... some other schs I noticed also had bigger jump in Phase 2A... could be SG low birthrates.... but high PR intake... n thus not born in SG? Just my guess.... πŸ™‚

My boy was born in 2004, from what I understand it during that time is the 1 batch of baby bonus... so u know lar.

Prior to 2004, the baby bonus was only given to 2nd child and beyond.

And from Aug 2004, the 1st child baby bonus was introduced. I think by Aug, alot of people not in time to make "babies" for 2004 already.

But I think it can't be inaccurate, it must be like what you said, more PR. But for phase 2A2 - which is supposed to be -For a child whose parent or sibling has studied in the school of choice; or whose parent is a staff member of the school of choice., Which I think the school can't possibly have so many staff of NYPS who gave birth in 2004 and sibling who has studied in that school..
