How do you find Shuqun so far? The teachers?
Will the kiddoes come back with lots of homework?

So far both me and my dd v satisfied with the school environment and the teachers...especially her form teacher...v dedicated..she even provided her hp and email for all the parents....she wanted 2 way communication....

As for homeworks...depends on Form teacher...my other fren kid at other class of P1 will have weekend homework only, and some classes will be daily homeworks...

Thanks! hope the balloting tomorrow will be successful . Does Shuqun has any parent support group? I heard before the start of P1, the sch conduct an assessment to group the students. Is this true? What type of assessment is conducted?

Hi, my hubby was there at the balloting this morning too. Our kid was the first name drawn! Didn't realise expect that, even though we were fairly confident that the probability of draw was quite high

I was sitting a row behind your hubby,but to his left :lol: Our DD's name was drawn around the 20+ places. There was 1 pair of twins and 1 pair of siblings, and 1 last minute verification of a PR turned SC. Not sure if the twins got in, but I saw from this forum that the pair of siblings was selected for the last place, so there will be 301 kiddoes next year.
