          Cute hor.
My friends whom I grew up with in the same neighborhood have SEVEN boys, aged 15-2 years old.
The couple were neighborhood, school sweethearts, then married.
          They are both doctors.
The hubby is a podiatrist, the wife is a dentist.
She wants #8, regardless of the gender of the child.
HE DOES NOT WANT ANYMORE CHILDREN.

          Please excuse the caps

            Hi Duriz,

It’s really ironic that the person giving birth still wants to have more but erm… the one providing the sperm is calling it QUITS.

The husband (father of 5 girls) told wife to stop…don’t want to try anymore.

              janet,

Personally, I feel 4 children is more than enough.
5-7 to beyond that is just craziness, for the parents, in the house, going out of the house, growing up, fighthing, crying, more fighting, screaming, shouting, more crying .....
Sure there willl be alot of fun, laughter, love and funny moments but when I think about it *arraaarararraafghhhhhhhhhhh*

                Duriz,

I'm stress-free every morning (WEEKDAYS)...come 12pm, my stress builds up bcos the both of them make a lot of noise...fighting, crying is just too much. Sure, like what you mentioned, lots of laughter and other components associated with children, but $$$ is necessary bringing kids up. 3rd child ? No way. Up till now, I don't know whether it's good if kids are in different sessions or morning session. 😢 😢 😢

There are pros and cons both ways, darling..
It is how we organise our time and also the children's time. 😉

I've experienced having them both in same and different sessions.
Both ways had its advantages. 😄 Once you find a routine comfy
enuf for all three of you, it will work out fine. :hugs:

Yes for me too 4 is max and that is really max 😛

Yeah I mean I may talk easy now lah.
                    I only have one child.
But like janet said, if money (and for me time as I'm 41) permits, I would like to have 4.
                    No gender preference.
It would be tough, no joke.
But it will be well worth it when they're all grown and we can be heart to heart chitchat/shopping/kopi/general kpo and gossip pals

I'm ok with just one and DH prefers two. We are still thinking how to cope with 2 when both of us are working. I prefer not to involve my parents as they are not young anymore plus my mum has been taking care of my two nieces for 10 years.....time for her to enjoy life.

It’s expensive to raise children now - MINUS holidays, tuition unless necessary, costs of living, sole breadwinner etc. 2 is MAX for me. If 3 or more kids, then would need a helper…that is when headache begins. I’ve enough of maids and their attitude problems.

If daughter is in morning session, then I have 5-6 hours peace before both return in the afternoon…some time to myself in the morn.
Should she be in the afternoon, then I have 100% attention for both of them. But I will go crazy lah.
