how about nestum?


All my life - my mum gave me milk + nestum + oats for breakfast for as long as I can remember. My mum swears that I’ve given this from 3 months of my life.

anyway, i’m still taking this - just like that, no fruits, no honey… and my father-in-law is taking the same and he in turn introduced to my sis-in-law. unfortunately, i’ve yet to influence my kids to take the same kind of breakfast as me, they have their father’s taste buds - sweet tooth!

I have to say this, slightly off-topic.
I think the reason why I don't like oats, nestum and the like is because I was a skinny child. In primary school they marked us and made us drink that DISGUSTING \"nestum-vomit-like\" concoction. :sick:
Since then, I no like, thankyouverymuch.

Since then, I no like, thankyouverymuch.

i was a skinny child too. and was given this milk powder from MOH every month - must take everyday! so my mum will use this milk powder and add in nestum and oats to make the milk taste better... cos nestum is a little sweet!
