Reading all those posts about how you all really care for the students makes
me feel touched too..heehee although I am not you, I also feel touched.

Anyway, just to add to the great feedback, I showed your book to a
friend of mine (she is quite a high-flyer in an MNC) and she said that when
she was in lower secondary, she could not even write like that. She said
there is a real flair to the writing and there is a thought through system
to the teaching. I also find that when I read (esp the one abt world war 2
and the bees), I find the stories gripping. I want to find out what happens
next. It is unlike most model essays where it is good but you are not
interested to read on as the writing is not gripping enough.

Thank you for coming up with this book. Can't wait for vol 2! :celebrate:

I read the reviews of the book and would like very much to get one from you.

The trouble is I do not stay in Singapore. My kids all can speak well but cannot write that well. I am at a loss regarding the teaching of writing.

Would you sell your book online? Perhaps I could download it?

Sorry, I did not have time to read through all the pages. But can I find out who TAS is. Do they come up with creative writing books in general? Are the books sold at Popular? Thanks, would really appreciate some help as I find I can help my son in grammar, comprehension and all that but somehow when it comes to writing, I know what sounds good but I do not know how to 'teach' it. :?
