I always have ulcers on my mouth or throats or cut, seen few doctors, realised one medicine can solve this problem, You can purchase Oracort E, Tarco (small tube of 5 gram - cost less than $10) which can help you to solve it. This cream can be purchased at any parmacy (without doctor's prescrip). When you have apply the cream 1st time, you will not like as it is quite concentrated, apply before you sleep, however the next day it can rinse away by clear water before you brush your teeth. Appy for a few days, it will recover .

If you have bad sore throat , like something struck in the throat, you can also buy Difflam (has green colour. lemon, etc). This is a fast relief of sore throats. With combination of these two items, sure get relieve your throats. Drink plenty of water , almost every half an hour to relieve the heatiness. All can be purchased at pharmacy, not offshelf. Never use the normal orange lozenges ( doesnt work , take too long to recover).

If you doesnt, pls consult the doctor for further advice. Maybe antibotics may require due to throat infection.
Really grateful for the detailed advice. But the irritating thing is that my ulcer is stuck at the back of my throat. Unless can open my mouth wide like an alligator, I don't think I can reach it. If it's visible, then half the battle would already have been won.

But I'll take note of your advice should I suffer from sore throat in future. Thanks again :celebrate:

That was my experience, just to share it.

If you are really painful, see doctor immediately ?

I've seen already, but all I got was some gargle & antibotics which was less than effective, to be frank.

Try the Difflam , it is very effective. (For sucking on the month).

I have mouth ulcers quite often, whenever I'm weak or don't have enough sleep. Sometimes on the side, sometimes underneath the tongue (that's the most painful one for me 😢 ). I tried those mouth gels/cream, gargled with salt water before, but nothing beats the watermelon powder. Sometimes when I'm lucky, I just apply it once before bed, the ulcer is not painful anymore the next day šŸ˜„ .

It might be a bit bitter if you spray deep into your throat but it's worth a try. :celebrate:

You should try taking colostrum if you have ulcers frequently. A mummy from another forum took colostrum pills and her frequent ulcers and sore throat disappeared.

We are taking this brand called Symbiotics which we purchased from US.

To sooth the pain, suck on ice cube. It helps.
My GP recommended that we made ice cubes with lemon juice (diluted) and suck on those. He also mentioned that if you are not having any problems with breathing, try to take cool drinks.

Honey mixed with lemon is good too. No water after taking it to allow it to stay in the throat to work it's magic.

Hi minnie, you're the 3rd person to advise watermelon powder within a short space of time. Trouble is that the spray that my colleague gave me is still sitting pretty back at my office. Just when I need it most it's not with me, wasted.

Thanks also to mrswong for the advice. I don't usually have ulcers. But when I do, it's usually the commando type ones that are extremely hard to get rid of.
