DS seems lost and don't know what to do. He said that he's so used to doing lots of work, and now he has nothing to do.. Now he's worried about what to bring to school tomorrow.. haiz...

DS spent his afternoon this way: help his sister (P4) to prepare her Chinese and play DS (away from it for so long!). He is tired but still very excited. Went to sleep only after 11h pm. I suggest him to practice more piano during the following days.

      Finally it's OVER! :celebrate:

Ha.. me too asked him to ptractice piano. But he told me the teacher had sms them to clear all the outstanding correction, he said can't be border.

This year exam is overall very difficult as cannot afford to have any careless mistakes if not t-score will be damn low. Can start reading o-level stuff so that the kid mind won’t become too afraid of low t-score or become too bored or too aimless.

one day before PSLE started : yeah ! no more home work !!!

(but not true, over the weekend, teachers email some more tips!)

waking up the morning of HMT paper : couldn't believe PSLE is OVER !

the person with more withdrawal symptoms is my better half who said now that there is no more coaching, felt a little empty ....LOL !
Haha, same, I feel weird and empty now that the intense coaching period is over. Now I focus my energy on younger one but still feel very 'eng'

My is the opposite, asked me to throw all. But I just put all in into a big plastic bag waiting to discharge.

I told my son he can throw away all his workbooks but he said that his MT teacher still needs to go through corrections and some things she has not finished marking yet. I was like 'HUH???'!

Talking about workbooks, would like to hear from psle mums n dads amongst the many assessment n workbooks in the bookstore, which r ur most trusted n highly recommended ones for the various subjects? There had been a number of occasions when I bought assessments books n ended up not using them cos found them not so good afterall. Looking forward to hear ur opinions. Thanks

                        THat's indeed kiasu

I think it's time to free them off for 2ndary school. Marks are much less important. To develop their genuine abilities make more sense. My own point of view, haha. πŸ˜„
