      Mrs Ang:

My DD's CCC have HFMD very often. The numbers have been rising after the weekend. Teacher just gave us a pre-warning that the centre may be closed for around 10 days if the numbers are still rising. It is now 20+ OMG 😢

I hope ur DD will stay strong too. šŸ™

      Thanks BlurBee

My DD CC also has HFMD. One case just close, the next one is up. It's like continuously. Wonder if they really clean all their equipments daily. Last sms also never mention they stop siblings from going to CC. If this continues, the cycle is like never ending! šŸ™

My DD's CCC also has HFMD once every now and then. I have to wash DD's bedsheet and pillow cover every day as CCC is trying to control the HFMD.

Build up the immunity. Give some basic nutritional supplements + fruits + water and sleep early !

My DD refuse to sleep if she's not sleepy yet. How I wish she can sleep before 9pm daily and wake up after 8am. Nowadays DD wakes up ard 6.30am. I have to wake up even early to get things done.

                      Poor Mummy.
They will keep adjusting their sleep time.
But you can still adjust for her.
Keep her nap time short and/or cut out one nap.

My DD used to nap once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
Since she turned one, I've cut it to just one nap.
Now she naps during our lunch time i.e. anytime between 12-1 until 3 but no later than 4pm.
Then she sleeps for the night at between 8.30-9.30pm.
Her waking time is spent learning flashcards through dvd, reading her books, drawing, swimming (if weather permits), going for walks, playing with the neighbors and their pets etc.

Mine used to sleep thru' the nite but started the milk habit again few months ago. I have already tried to feed her more before she sleeps but doesn't work.
