      Singamama:
hi, which one shd be the higher choice -- MGS or Cedar -- for my daughter who got 253. She got A*s in English, Maths and Science, but we want a school that is stronger in Maths and Science as those are her strengths..Is it true that Cedar is better in Maths and Science than MGS?

And does everyone need to sit for a test to get into the Sophia Blackmore Programme at MGS?
      Wd value replies!
      Thanks
Yes, you would need to sit for a test to get into SBC. I don't know which is stronger in Math and Science.

Good idea, but I think I would leave it to the thread starter, WeiHan to edit it if he deems it fit.

The starter of the thread cannot amend the topic title.

Em cannot edit? :? But never mind, if you are okay with it, I can help you.

What new title do you suggest? I will do it for you.[/quote]I think just leave it as it is lah....

                Hi all,

Just a question, who will have a priority in selection into Anglican High?
                Student A 238 without HMT
Student B 236 with 2 bonus pt HMT?

I think you ask a very valid question. I think the first cut is T-score without HMT. So student A gets to choose his/her school first.

Maybe two shall be taken in even there's one space left. The vacacies are not really fixed the sch will leave some space for appeals , dsa bla bla. So if the sch only can take in 400 students and ther's only one space left student A n B might both get in cause if the limit for non-afiliation, non appeals n non dsa exceeds a bit its not really a prob. unless the school only has 400 tables n chairs which i dont think will be the case.

My son 253, can go IP, but if choose CHS, EESIS will not exist. If 3rd year proceed to a IP school, is he still eligible for EESIS? Anyone can help? Thanks

                      Top 3 choices should be:
                      CHS
                      SJI
                      VS
Confused as his COP for IP school very far (Sengkang), ACSI or RVH??
