      mrswongtuition:
Was she from PL Pri? The policy will only change with the batch that is taking PSLE next year.

If she is from PL Pri and put PL Sec as first choice on her option form, she will definitely get it (just a matter of which stream she will end up in).

Maybe she did not get in because she did not put PL as first choice or she did not meet the COP?
      Hi mrswongtuition,

I am not sure about that, so even if she put plmgs as first choice but cannot meet COP, then she cannot get it, so it is not confirmed that they will have a place? Anyway, do you know if the child is from plmgs, got chance to go mgs, do they take them in with lower scores?

Sorry, I would have no idea what your chances are. The only person who can answer that is probably the school's principal. The selection of students from the waiting list is not a transparent process...there's no standard guidelines of who to select. So it's entirely up to the school to pick who they want.

How was your daughter's result? Is she good in any sports or a member of school team? We don't know the selection criteria of your target school, but it would certainly help if your daughter were able to stand out from the rest.

I've been thinking of transferring son to a all boys' school but wait list is very long šŸ˜ž esp with the stress of PSLE results and having to aim for higher COP.

De La Salle is affiliated to St. Joseph's Institution, St. Patrick's School , but both are Boys school . My son is former Lasallian ( p1 to p3 ) , and my DD will be eligble for 2A later , but she will not be benefited from it.

Yes, same goes for the girls studying in St Anthony's Primary. The boys can go to SJI but not the girls.

May I know since the annoucement of Nan Chiau High will be converted under SAP in 2011, is it also meant Nan Chiau Primary though is still not a SAP school at the moment, but is it affiliated to Nan Chiau High then?

                      Anyone can confirms? :?

                        Hi all,

I am new to this forum. May I know is there any affiliation between primary schools? I would like to know is St Nicholas Pri affiliated to Catholic High Pri?

                        Thanks.
