me too... was telling my dh that they did the orientation quite well, very organised.. for the first few days of sch also.. but now.. hahah.. guess they didn't plan ahead... have not labelled the books also.. the name tag etc is also with Loyalty 1.. I anticipate that the first few days will b very confusing for my ds.. :S
Why so messy now? I was quite pleasantly pleased when receiving the orientation letter with everything stated nicely & orderly, what class, which house, what books to bring daily & on which days...

I thought the name tag consists of only the student's name. I don't remember seeing another name tag consisting of the class name.

The P1 name tag states both the child’s name and the class name. -

Sorry I'm quite blur here. Is the name tag the cloth one that we collected from MyUniform?

Hi, the name tag that I'm referring to is the one that was given out during the orientation. Its a piece of paper with the child's name and class printed on it and it comes with a name tag holder and its to be pinned on the uniform on the first day of school. Parents are also to indicate their contact number at the back of the paper. -

Thank you very much for the clarification, panda. I've totally forgotten about that other one. I've simply chucked all the P1 books & stuff to one corner of the house.

FT will also ask the P1 child on the first day of school where they will be dismissed, then indicate on the front of this name tag. FG - Front Gate, BG - Back Gate, SG - Side Gate or the Bus No. the child is taking. -
