u r right. in that sense, having kids 'perfect' our character, making us less picky, more self sacrificing, more budget conscious, more patience, move loving? hopefully. haha.
oh ya.... I also find that I am more patience now after 3+ yrs of training hahahahaha

if i go out wf kids, i nvr order wat i want. alwaz eat watever they left cos i eat anything but they dont. sigh....

Most times i have a 'sharing' concept, aka, order variety of food and get small bowls so that everyone eats everything... hence, in a sense, i dont eat left-over food + i still get to eat wat i want!! :celebrate:

Agree. Foodcourt prices are really crazy these days. Even at the airport foodcourt, one bak gu teh cost like $7-8!

The worst is probably the Food Republic. πŸ˜›

hey, this sounds good... I share try to put this in practice πŸ˜„ have 2 boys, 6 &5 who like totally different foods, so when i make them share 1 XL adult portion, someone will always b picking at the food. but I get so tired of eating leftovers or having to waste unfinished food. Hopefully this will work with them πŸ™

Was at Holland V during the weekend. Was so tempted to try out the near Ramen shop near to the KATONG LAKSA but one bowl of seafood ramen cost $15 so if 2 pax plus GST would be at around close to $40.

DW says lets just eat Katong Laksa - 2 pax $10 without GST.
