          Hi all

          I am a PTWM with 3 kids, DD1 in P6, DD2 in P5 and DS in P2.
I have let go of my domestic helper for close to a year now (after having maids for 10 years), and is training my DH and 3 kids to do housework. They made their own bed every morning, and wake up by themselves and get ready for school on their own. I am a night owl so every morning will have tug of war with \"Zhou-Gong\" before I can wake up. Many times, my DD1 will wake me up to open the door for her before she goes downstairs to take the school bus - bad mummy hoh?! DDs also take turn to wash the dishes, one on Sat and one on Sunday.
Ummm .... about tuition and outside classes - coordinating for 3 of them is really a headache... I have to enter their schedules into my electronic calendar and then see which one clashes and how to rush from East to North to bring and fetch them ... (**see stars**). Especially when DH is outstation like 50% of the time.
I suppose for tuition and enrichment class - it depends on their interests and their needs. I tried to keep their classes within weekday and Saturday, and to keep Sunday free as our family day, but from this year onwards, Sunday will also have classes, since my DS will start going for classes this year.
Happy to \"get to know\" all of you here.

i m hvg headaches coordinating classes for my 3 kids. tryg to keep expenses down too. told my #1, if u dont practise hard for piano n fail ur exam, i will gv ur chance away to ur siblings.

i try to arrange classes on same day, one after another, so that i don hv to be away from hm every single nite.

i admire those without maids. my hubby is outstation very often, esp wkends. my kids are in nursery, k2 n p3. so i still depend on maid to help me esp when we go out wfout DH and hence by public bus on wkends.

If finances & health is not a problem, I think you should go for it. I regretted tt I did not go try for a 4th one. PS : Remember that 2012 is dragon yr, another yr of baby boom and competition, of course. 2011 is a better bet 😄
