If finances & health is not a problem, I think you should go for it. I regretted tt I did not go try for a 4th one. PS : Remember that 2012 is dragon yr, another yr of baby boom and competition, of course. 2011 is a better bet 😄

          Hi Lavender_Tea,

Thanks for yr note. I am not worried abt the dragon year… I have already got one dragon so I know what to expect.

I have a boy and a girl so if i do have a no. 3 he/she can go to jie or gor school so is ok on the pri school arrangement.

My concern is whether I got the stamina … I am going to mid 40 liao

          Cheers!

do they all have tuition? how to alllocate time n $?

Yes my older 2 have tuition, younger one has enrichment. I fetch them for their classes, basically my time is for them. As for $, we have to scrimp and save, no more big holidays. Our holidays we going to Malaysia or Bintan.

                  Eldest girl:

                  1) Chinese tuition
                  2) Swimming class
                  3) Art class
                  4) Science and English creative writing (planning to start this year)

                  Middle boy:
                  1) Chinese tuition
                  2) Swimming class
                  3) Drums class (he loves music and rhythms)
                  4) Speech and drama

                  Youngest girl:
                  1) Chinese enrichment

How about yours? I know mine is still not a lot, there are some friends of mine that have their whole weekend packed with classes for their kids. I do not want to overstress my kids.

DS1 (6yo) goes for 3 classes: swimming, piano and soccer. I think 3 is probably the maximum for us. Otherwise there will be no time for anything else!

DS2 (3yo) goes for 1 class: piano and will be starting swimming with DS1 soon. we'll see what else interests him next time.

                    DS3: still in tummy! 🙂

Have flirted with the idea of doing Chinese enrichment, but DH doesn't think it's necessary.

                        Hi,
Agree with Lavender Tea, go for it if u can. I have 4kids. Last one came as a surprise. Was apprehensive when I found out I was pregnant again cos age gap of the rest are close, but luckily she was easy as a baby, slept thru the nite easily and wean off easily as well. Most of all, she had so much fun with her siblings. Even for those with 4 kids, when they are grown-up, the house also very quiet as its so common for them to study or work overseas nowadays.....
