      LKVM:

I did the trial too at London Weight Management however I feel most u r losing is the fluids so I find it useless.... also they were quite hard selling I had to be really rigid not to accept anything.. they can come down from 10K to 8K to 5K to 2K then in the end to 399 :!:

I also dunno how to reduce... I am still breastfeeding my DS2 though he is now 2 yrs+ but still nothing reduced...
      any other suggestions 😛
Hi LKVM, I am also still breastfeeding dd2. I have lost quite a bit but not as much as after giving birth to dd1. Not sure if it is due to ligation. I am just about to start Organic Lacto Fiber. If I can get quite good result, will let you know about it. My friend tried it first, she finds it quite good, that is why I am going to try this round when they are having a offer this round.

        LKVM:

Yes u r right I too reduced with DS1 quite faster almost pre preg weight oredi but with DS2 cannot 😢

Will wait for ur results :xedfingers:
For dd1, I am even slimmer than pre-preg weight. I am at my most slim stage when bf dd1. For ds1, also quite fast, but not as good as dd1 as I only bf ds1 until he is 7mths only. For dd1, bf her until 23mths. When bf dd1 until 12mths, already back to pre preg weight. For dd2 now, she is already 25mths but still not back to pre preg weight. 😢

Will keep you posted. Hope that it is good result as I really hope to get rid of the extra pounds.

I am so surprised that even the sensible of the sensible get fascinated by the "magic" slimming ads. You just need to flip through the "Today" to see numerous ads for slimming/trimming/enhancing/glowing all in a few minutes/hours or days! At a price ofcourse! Its mostly targeted at the working woman with dispensable cash. And I am not surprised that Truespa got away with $33m on un-served packages?!

I guess it’s our impatience to see quick results that’s causing these game survivors. If only we stick to the proven routine of exercise and diet control. Comments?

Haha, agree. A lot of people believes ads a lot, reagrdless of what product. In fact, the MLM company that I just joined recently is going to launch a slimming product too. Reason - so many slimming ads everyday and slimming center is earning so much, so in Singapore there is a great potential for slimming product. Now my upline is asking if I want to try during their pre-launch.

What she told me is, other than taking the slimming product, must also follow their strict diet and exercise etc etc, if not the result is not very good. At the start, she did not follow the diet and exercise, she only lose about 3 kg. But when she starts to follow the instruction, she slims down quite a lot.

But the price is really steep. I will still try the Lacto Fibre (which is more affordable) and see how is the result, since it not only cleanse the digestive system, it also can help to curb hunger strike. I think that is what I want since I just need to shed off a few more kilo. 🙏

And any package is not good enough once you sign up! There are always add-ons to keep draining the pocket.

I actually am get stressed out, when in the middle of my facial the consultant walks in to "recommend" this and that extra… I am pretty sure this would hold good for the slimming etc.
I always would find an excuse that I didn’t have time to exercise. If I have time to commute to the slimming centre and spend a good hour there, I guess that would easily amount to three weekday workouts 🙂

believe most slimming centres entice customers by making them lose alot of water thru wraps, spa, suana, massage or whatever holistic therapy during the trial. This results in half or a kilo loss in overall weight and seems rather effective ‘weight-loss’ for the brief hr plus treatment.

there’s really no short cut in weight loss…

                    Hi all,

just want to share my experience with Organic Lacto Fiber. Well, I did manage to lose a bit after taking for about 2 mths(finishing my 2nd bottle soon). I must say, I am quite satisfied with it. I manage to lose 2 kg. Although not a lot, but at least I can still breastfeed my girl and considering CNY is the 'eating' period.

I mentioned before the MLM company that I join is to launch a new slimming product. I must say, I am impressed with the result. I have seen my upline recently. Not only she has lost really some weight, she looks so much nicer. She told me she tried slimming center but cannot maintain after losing the weight. But with the new slimming product, she can still lose weight/fat during the CNY 'eating' period. :celebrate:

                    Below is what she said:
Slim Lite had made a difference in my lifestyle and I am sure this will
continue. I am very sceptical about slimming programs in the market but when Tupperware launch slimlite and was looking for testimonials I volunteered as I belief that a 65 year old company is not going to jeopardise its reputation just by 1 product. True enough it works, I had gone thru slimming programs at slimming centre and also tried to control my intake but seems is either my weight will return to before or even increase higher.

With Slim Lite's program I felt energetic and also my metabolic rate
increase. I am now able to burn the fats faster by doing very simple abs
toning exercise like leg lifting, wall pumping and some stretching to tone
up. The results are very motivating and I am now looking great and feeling good cause everywhere I go all my friends compliment why am I looking better and better each time they see me.

Too bad, the product contains caffeine, so for this moment I can't take it since I am still breastfeeding. If after weaning off my girl and I still want to lose some weight, I will consider trying it.

                      Hi all

Just want to update all that I have signed up for Amore fitness classes near where I live.

Decided not to go to slimming centres after all as they usually try to push more and more packages if our weight don't go down.

Will increase my metabolic rate by doing stuff such as kickboxing and belly dancing instead. Even if my weight doesn't come down fast, I still build up muscle and stamina.

                      Wish me luck!

                      :celebrate:

I went to Cenosis after the birth of my 2nd child. I lost 12 kg and it cost around $4k+. I still have 9 sessions with them as after the birth of my 3rd child I went back briefly. I hesitated to go back due to my busy schedule and also I don’t like sales talk to take on more package, etc…

I think I was able to lose the weight because of the diet. I ate little rice (eg. at most 1 bowl per week). Went for white noodles all the time and no fried food. Didn’t indulge, etc… I believed if everyone follow such diet, it’s not difficult to lose weight on their own. But the issue is that is it sustainable for someone who enjoys food???

They do have wraps and equipment and it does help to tone down specific parts of body eg. arms, etc… I recalled that I was so on the ball that every nite I would use our home massager to massage the problem areas.

They do not really encourage exercise as it builds muscles and they said it’s more difficult for the machine to break that down.

Just to add, I suppose with slimming centre, someone is monitoring your weight and measurement on a weekly basis. So you feel more conscious about what you eat.
