[quote=\"ksme\"]A friend mentioned to me that once Girls have their menses, they don't grow in height anymore. Is it true? What about boys huh? when do they stop growing?

the nurse who came to my gal's school recently (rountine checking) said that too,
which makes me worry of her height.
        KSP:
I think any teenager grow the fastest during their sec sch years. That is 14-16 year old.
Ksp, i really hope so .....as my gal is not really growing taller, hope by 14-16 she can grow taller.

I actually remembered I stopped growing drastically at about 13 too. Thereafter it is like a centimeter a year till about 16. Nowadays, the kids are taller and I would not want mine to have to look up everytime he speaks to his frens

That's why we'd better start giving our kids tonics, now, to promote growth. πŸ˜‰

Oh, really? the nurse said that? maybe it has some truth to it then.

Actually I remember I stopped growing or grow very little after my menses come. That's why I thought maybe what my friend said is true.

Told DS he has to try that in case miss growth spurt and remain a \"shortie\" for the rest of his life. So far, he kuai kuai drink it as I think he wants to be tall too πŸ˜‰
I shall go check out the tian qi too. Don't want my ds to miss the growth spurt and remain a \"shortie\" too. πŸ˜‰

Since someone mentioned about η”°δΈƒοΌŒI remembered someone gave me this recipe many years ago. It’s supposed to help a child grow taller.

                        η”°δΈƒδΈ€ι’±
                        泑参一钱
                        ζžΈζžδΈ‰ι’±
                        川穹一钱

Soak everything in a bowl for 1/2 hour.
                        Double boil for 3 hours.
Keep residue in fridge and reboil it the next day. No need to re-soak.
