I actually remembered I stopped growing drastically at about 13 too. Thereafter it is like a centimeter a year till about 16. Nowadays, the kids are taller and I would not want mine to have to look up everytime he speaks to his frens :oops:

Oh, really? the nurse said that? maybe it has some truth to it then.

Actually I remember I stopped growing or grow very little after my menses come. That's why I thought maybe what my friend said is true.

Just started about 3 days back, doubt it will be that fast to see results! If results is that fast, I'll be worried too :shock: . Told DS he has to try that in case miss growth spurt and remain a \"shortie\" for the rest of his life. So far, he kuai kuai drink it as I think he wants to be tall too

Since someone mentioned about 田七，I remembered someone gave me this recipe many years ago. It’s supposed to help a child grow taller.


田七一钱
泡参一钱
枸杞三钱
川穹两钱

Soak everything in a bowl for 1/2 hour.
Double boil for 3 hours.
Keep residue in fridge and reboil it the next day. No need to re-soak.
