then I'll really go 'YIPPEE' + triple cartwheel somersault + do hand stand for 1 FULL day. MUAHAHA ....
Start training for it. Your son has the potential...maybe even surplus that of E3's dd's std. Must be for all to see hor. -

E3, if my ds can turn out to be as 'NORMAL' as your dd, then I'll really go 'YIPPEE' + triple cartwheel somersault + do hand stand for 1 FULL day. MUAHAHA ....
Serious!! I am not very optimistic for her CL lah...I am prepared for this subject to go downhill as she progresses to upper primary...
He is a NORMAL kid! Mine is like that too!E3:

10%..10%...stay cool...stay cool...IJJ, your dd's spirit is commendable...tells of her resilience.
Jennifer, have a revival for SA1 and SA2.
I am cool. Although the class scores shock me, in comparison, her scores are around or slightly above class avg. That is my communicated expectations...meeting -2% of class avg.
I am glad abt it.
Unfortunately I've to be realistic and honest enough to say that my ds's potential has its limit. Of course with luck and proper guidance I'm sure that he'll do well. I consider him as in the SMART category but definitely not the GIFTED kind.
But my niece is different. She's scary!! I think she has almost photographic memory. If she joins PH next year, I will bet my money that she'll be amongst the top 10 every year.
Btw I'm not complaining. DS is already 10 times smarter than I ever was in primary sch

now i have suspense until i get home at 7 pm today.E3:
Personally, I prefer to enjoy my weekend, better not know anything till next week.
After exams, relax first. Then brace up for next week's anticipation. If not, I get heart attack too soon.

I also prefer not to know anything yet, but mine told me her FT says today they should get the maths papers back.
psssttt...parents with P4 kids in M1...maths paper today should return for them to check (not for bringing home yet).

hmm.. that's also the way i usually gauge my son's performance.. if he's able to do avg in class, I am comforted..E3:
