I boil mine with some lean meat, or scallops for added sweetness.. n corn too!!

Janet, No2 will be 5 in March and youngest 2+ (year end baby). So you see, when you have a 2+ as the youngest (definitely going to be the last kid), you will just want to pamper her everyday...hehe...she melts my heart and keeps my balance to a certain extent...My anxiety will disappear into thin air whenever I look at her.... :love: :love: and she will automatically says 我爱你 so spontaneously. So all her mischief are not \"visible\" to me anymore...Hehe...

Eeii...so sweet .. u shd place this under the 'PM Lee encourages more babies ..' thread .. sure melt alot of heart and change the mind of those who are still thinking if should hv babies .. PM Lee may call to thks u!

Haha...I saw that clip in Facebook few days back. Really cute! All my girls went thru this laughing into a frenzy stage too...

My dh has been encouraging young people to have more cos he has been so blessed...haha... :lol:

Does anyone here know who 'Mr Ling' is? Son had him for some lessons I think, when the FT was not around.. DS is quite terrified of him, will 'hope-i don't-see-him-today' every morning.. was wondering if he teaches certain subjects so I can help allay his fears.. apparently this teacher shouts alot, n ds sits right at the front row.. makes him jump everytime..

I go check with ds tonite and update you. DS simply adores his CL teacher Wang laoshi and finds his EL teacher Mdm Atika extremely funny as she cracks jokes in class. So far he only ever complained about one teacher in enrichment class but I'm sympathetic of the stress that teachers are facing.

Things certainly turned out better than I hoped for so far.

Anyway, My Family has Been \"OFF\" Pork for Many Years already ....
So ALL Our Soup Base is Chicken (with a Handful of Soya Beans thrown in for Better Nourishment and Taste). Or Else it is \"Guan-Tong\" with Ikan Bilis, Or Beef Soup ....

However We have Not Gone Fully -Muslim Diet Yet ....
Coz We Still Like Bak-Ku-Teh, Cha-Sao-Bao, Cha-Sao, Sao-Rou, Lap-Cheong, ....

hi JRlam, tomatoes, carrots, sweet corns, big onions, red dates/sweet plums with either pork or chicken. Sometimes I add cabbage. Watever I can find in my fridge. But not capsicums as my younger dd doesn't really likes it. U can also add celery. hee hee, sounds like rojak hor? But wrong wro g wrong, d right proportion n duration of boiling n simmering makes a difference. Have fun experimentg!

thanks!! yes, he is very happy in sch, and speaks well of his teachers.. I usually do not 'step in' on such issues, bcos i believe I shouldn't shelter him too much fr unpleasantness.. but he seemed stressed, so i though to ask, just in case, so i can help him cope..
