What is the best diet pill to lose weight? I am trying to lose weight, I have changed my eating and exercising habits, but still nothing. I am wanting to try a diet pill, but I want something that is healthy for me. I do not know very much about diet pills. Can anyone help me out?

It doesn't mean by changing your eating habits and starting to exercise will see good results if the intake of food is wrong or the exercises are not targetting your problem area.

Nevertheless, it is a good start to have a change on the above and no matter what, exercising is still beneficial to our health, just that we need to have the right ones to help solve our 'problematic' areas.

Avoid sit-ups but do some daily brisk walking plus climbing the staircases help a lot in slimming down our tummy. Many get to see results within a week if you are consistent. 😄

yes, doing sit ups to improve the waist line is a myth. Sit up will tighten up the abdominals but the fat remains. So what you have is a layer of fats covering your toned abdominals. The fats will only go away when you exercise and the body uses the fat for energy. The other thing is that you can't really tell the body to use the fat from a particular body part first. It might use the fats from your arms, or your thighs or even from your face first. For most people, fats from the waist is the last to be used by the body.

So you'll need to exercise to a sufficient intensity till fats from all over your body is used for energy, and then the abdominal fats can finally be utilized.

I am drinking RedSun Diet Cha (hv not finished a box of 20 tea bags), eating less sugary/buttery food, cutting down on rice intake at dinner and walking more. Did not measure my waist but can feel the pants slightly looser around the butt area and I can twist my body more to the back. No change in body weight.

I think complex carbo are ok.

Most off the shelf yoghurt are loaded with sugar, so must choose wisely.

My DH started seriously training for marathons (i.e. He didn’t just aim to finish, he aimed to do a good time). He used to be on the verge of plump. Now he’s actually skinny! I’ve never seen him so skinny. And he eats like a horse. Much more than before. Still, he lost 10kg in less than a year. After two years he’s still running. I tell him never to stop running or he’ll balloon back.

But that’s too much work for most people!
