Can anyone help me?


I have email DD on 22 Apr 2011 to inform them that i have not receive my parcel and ask them to check for me.

with their previous email "针对此问题， 非常抱歉，您的订单已延迟，为表歉意我们会在2个工作日在您的账户中放入一张5元礼券，现提供您邮寄包裹号：RR861098019CN，您可以到订单地址的所属邮局查询包裹，同时，邮局规定包裹发货后2个月可以转邮局查询，若您的订单在4月21日您还没有收到，可以及时和我们联系。感谢您的支持与谅解！"

But til now, no one reply my email. I am very disappointment with DD service.

Any advise what can i do now?

I think i am very sway. :oops:


I just call up my CC to see whether i can file the dispute case with them and cancel the payment.

But CC say cannot as the timeframe is max 2 mths, but DD Delivery is also 2 mths. So as my order is more than 2 months fm 20 Feb, there is nothing they can do.

I think my parcel is really lost, and no one want to be responsible for it now!

SAHM_TAN, when it is auto updated, DD still reply your email when your orders was 4wks late?


Cos now, my orders is 1 wk late, but DD is not replying any of my email. I am wondering, did they assume that since they saw it as 已送达, so they just ignore my email, assuming that i have already receive.

SAHM_Tan, when your order come after 8 weeks, does the status change to （已送达）?

does （已发货） change to （已送达） automatically or have to click on 收货并确认 then it will change to （已送达） ?

Cos i am very sure that i did not click on 收货并确认 on 2011-04-22 02:30:05.

DD did not ignore my email. Now I even rec email from them asking me if I rec one of my orders becos I did not update them that I rec it liao.

Maybe you re-send again. They have dtfferent customer service staff and I have observed that some are better than others. The standard not the same......

I checked. per title also reduced in price, if all 7 individual bks are available, it's cheaper than the set

This is the 2nd time they ask me to check with Singpost. But the main problem is the parcel has not even reach SG. How to check with Singpost.

I email Chinapost with the RR number, but Chinapost also never reply me.

I never email to China Post. Only to DD. The other time DD email that they will check with China Post if I still did not rec my package
