How to cook nice meals

anyone can share how to make the batter coating for fish and chips ? the coating for the fish fillet? i use egg white(dip the fillet in), then dip into the bread crumps, and fry, i find sometimes the breadcrupms will fall off during the drying process.. and the coating ended up not nice. any recipe? thanks.

i dun use bread crumps.
for thr batter, i use a miture of tempura flour from Nissin and wheat flour.
yes, dip in egg and coat with batter and deep-fried.

wheat flour, can i get this flour from ntuc market ? tempura flour is the type to fry prawn right?

yes, tempura flour, after going thru many tempura brands, now i stick to nissin brand fr japan.

okok plain flour will do u mean. then the coating will be thick ? but then it wont have my breadcrumps falling all over the oil problem then

eatnonstop, i mix more of the plain flour than the tempura flour, maybe in the ratio of 2:1.

Had a gathering for all the mothers in my family on Mother's Day, also to have a small celebration for my 2 kiddos' impending birthdays. Decided to go Indian and cooked up the following.
