residents saw a male foreigner quarreling and choking a woman believed to be an indonesian maid. he was thought to have been arrested.

How on earth can a coarpse end up in our drinking tank? What are the secuirty measurements town council or hdb or whatever department had and having? I demand an explanation!

Btw, isn't the tank water only for spare / emergencies? -
:shock: the point is how the h*** did he get access onto the roof top water tanks :? and to think the residents may have drank the contaminated waters :sick:
as i watched the news last night, i heard something abt the town coucil owning the residents an explanation & it will be fast. -

Just read the ST front page description of the incident of how residents found the water to be yellowish and \"unusually foamy\"... :sick:

This incidence is really gross. Luckily the water supply was cut off early at 11am.
Rule of thumb: once u see unusually coloured water, do not use it at all :scared:
