It's a lapse dat's not difficult to correct with enforcement of existing n enhanced measures.
For something so easy to take care of and yet there is a security breach. A clear case of negligence. They should be taught a lesson to serve as warning to other TCs not to take residents for granted and neglect their well-being. -
