Add the arbitrary $50K for renovation and we're looking at $800K for that unit. :yikes: One of a half years ago when I was looking around at Toh Yi, the asking price then was already $650-700K. So we're looking at an increase of $100K within 2 yrs.

If only my pay increment can match the rate of housing price increase.
