My DH posted the same qn on the possibility of en-bloc. Told him if really en-bloc, don’t think HDB can offer us another better place unless they acquire and tear down some of the private places.

I bought my 4 room at Toh Yi for $348K in 1998. It was love at first sight for US, after viewing several units at Clementi. Paid $23K for COV (hubby very heartache then).
Seriously doubt Toh Yi will face en-bloc..bcos there is a temple right in the middle. Lift upgrading going on...waited so long for the lift. If not bcos of expensive 5 room then, we would have bought that. 5 room flat in Toh Yi has 4 bedrooms.
