Maybe your ship makes more stop along the way so take longer. Like in my case, my oder which cleared custom on 5 May arrived but the one that cleared custom on 20 Apr is still somewhere out there . The only explanation I can think of is that their ship's routes.

Bicky, I think you need to wait for another 1 more week. I placed order on end Mar, move out of China port on 2nd Apr and I just received the parcels on the 2 June. Based on the calculation, it took about 8.7 weeks for my batch of shipment. You can asked DD but I reckon DD will ask you to wait patiently.

Laughingcat, oh, you just received for your move out on 2 Apr? Ok cos my move out was 15 Apr, although my order was also placed end March but item move out only 2 weeks later. Ok, will continue to wait. Got too kan-cheong when I see so many mummies receiving the books. Actually, I still thought my books & DVD will reach me in time for school holiday!! Thanks ya !!

Story about my orders. Placed 1 order on 4th June, another 5th June. Both orders arrived the same day (ie Friday). The boxes basically disintegrated and china post put them in separate post bags. And the best part?


China post put one in a bag addressed to my name, and put another addressed to another mummy in Singapore. I suddenly received an sms from the mummy asking if I got her books! Anyhow, cut long story short, we exchanged our books after I went home and ascertained that china post switched out stuff.

I feel lucky that they only ‘gabra’ one package (and didn’t send that mummy’s to another house). And strangely, I feel quite used to the road bumps I encounter along the way.

Bravely, I’ve just placed another order on Friday. I just realised they have Goscinny’s Nicholas series in Chinese - I have the english set, think the chinese set will be jsut as nice. (call me die heart). kekekeekeke

Hi sahm chew,
guess our books were in the same \"ship\". I also recd my books on 3 Jun. I ordered on 21 apr. Cleared guangzhou customs on 5 may. Phew!
My 3rd order previously did not clear their customs and I waited 3 months before I could get my refund. I lost a few dollars from exchange rate. (Their customer service said must wait for books to reach them before they can refund me)

I lost quite some money from exchange rate due to their omission in refunding me for months, I kicked up a stink and they gave me some vouchers in return. Try that if you will - just let them know the RMB amount, it sounds bigger.

Not sure if it’s becos I’m a regular customer, but amazingly, my order last friday cleared payment (without me sending email), audit and the likes and books have been dispatched. not sure when it’ll reach the sea. Pray for smooth delivery…

Ya, I got back my refund but no vouchers lei. The recent vouchers they gave me out of the blue can't be used cos not meant for books. It was a long wait for that 3 months hoping it goes back to Dang Dang if not I wil not get back my refund.
Even after this incident I still can't resist from ordering from them.
