Hi Champion,Good Morning RRMummy :hi5: ,
Scary rite? But Rulang is the \"HOT CAKE\"
in our area so every year Phase1 will be taken up very fast! And when it comes to Phase 2B for the Parents Volunteers, it will be another \"tough fight\" again! :nailbite:
It is going to be a super tough month ahead... hang in there all.. :grphug: -
Champion:
I suppose everyone else may be trying their luck elsewhere and betting on the fact that CPS will still have vacancies come Phase 2C Supp... But I think this year, alot of \"surprises\" will occur in the later Phases...
Bingo! I think strike 4D also not so å! :rotflmao: [ I am also very :scratchhead: :? - whole school my DD1 is the only one who submits the form :scratchhead: :scratchhead: )LKVM:
Are u the 1 in CPS school one??? -
RRMummy:
I am outside 2 km. Not even a chance to ballot at all.
alng, what is your home distance from Rulang?alng:
This is my rough estimation for Rulang this year:
Total - 270
Phase 1 - 138
Phase 2A - 78 (estimate to be the same as 2010 and 2009)
Phase 2B - 28 (there are 51 PVs this year!!!!)
Phase 2C - 27
I am one of the unfortunate 51 PVs!

good lei, at least you make up the stats so that it is not zero. CPS should give you an award!
i think maybe just you on the first day but maybe today more people? cannot be only 1 sibling right? -
Dec:
ya i think Jurong West really has many many young families!Jurong side really has a lot children:(
When come to my turn under 2C, not much place left;(
Very stress now....sob sob
i have a friend who lives in Holland area. she came to my house for a playdate and brought her 2 kids. she was so surprised to see so many kids around this area. we went to the playground and then walked to JP for a meal together. along the way, she kept exclaiming that in her area, she never sees so many similar age children in a day playing around her estate!
so i think it is quite a big squeeze in P1 reg still, for a lot of parents, even with a new sch... so cham. -

Oh, thanks. well, cos I thot all the 51 PV would have equal chance to fight for the 20 over vacancies. So there is also various balloting stages similarily to P2C.lakesidemum:
Oh, why is it so? Sorry, pls enlighten.. thks.
There are only 28 seats for 2b and there are 51 PV's so obviously priority will be given to those first staying within 1 km and then to 1-2 km so guess outside 2 KM maybe less chances
Then again, these 51 PV will also need to fight with the community leaders too, right? Under the same phrase? -
LKVM:
I can also apply for Nanhua at phase 2B too but it is also very competitive there.alng:

Whats your plan B?
I also have an alternative of applying for Jurong Primary School at phase 2A2.
I know I should be counting my blessings now so I should not complain
-
LKVM:
But atleast now you are relieved right :dancing: :rahrah:
can relax lioa but then hor DH gave a \"stupid\" remark :stompfeet: :stompfeet: ,\" Think you better check with school maybe they have misplaced DD2's registration and the one and only is someone else :? :? \"
