I was asking around for info about KCPPS and even called the school for info, but got rude answers. They even slammed the phone down on me within seconds, why can’t entertain parents? Was upset cos could not get any info from them.

maybe bec now the school is very busy with P1 registration, processing loads of enrolment applications and phone calls keep coming in, so no time to entertain detailed telephone calls ?
perhaps if you call up on another day not during July season, different behavior ? -

Because they receive hundreds of such calls each day?
Still, there was no need for them to be rude.
Anyway, obtain information from other sources (e.g. KSP.com) if you can't get it from the school. -
