it’s clear cut… tomorrow message is similar for those staying 1 to 2 km. They trying to pull students go Frontier new school. Who is the new P of Frontier - ex P or vice P from which school previously ? Let’s hope that he can bring in the dynamic vision, relevant skillset and good leadership skills that Frontier needs.

The heat is always on EVERY YEAR for primary school at Jurong West area whenever it comes to Phase 2B & Phase 2C registration.


Just my own opinion - please have at least back-up plans for whichever choice you are making...considering the distance traveling esp for P1 - the time spends on the road should be minimise.......

Heard that West Grove has change their P or VP, not as good as before??
For experience mommy, do you think this year will have higher change to get into West Grove??

Rulang called for a meeting with those PVs who stayed > 2km this morning. Tomorrow is another meeting with another group of PVs. I just came from that meeting. The message is very clear. If you are not within 1 km, you will be unsuccessful at both phase 2B and 2C. It is stressed that the priority is to register for a school within 1 km in phase 2C.

P= Mr Martin Koh Chin Thong(许振通)(previously the vice-principal of River Valley High School from June 2002 to 14 December 2003 and principal of Zhenghua Primary School from 15 December 2005 till December 2011) as the principal (Strange only one year period VP at RVHS) wonder what are the strength he have obtained during his one year stay at RVHS.

VP= Mrs Lim-Foo Boon Ching(previously the vice-principal of Xishan Primary School till 2010) as the vice-principal,

Err.. lakesidemum, if you are feeling extremely lucky and believe you would kick yourself years later for not trying then the answer would be a yes.. but..but.. you have to be prepared for the worst case scenario and have a sound Plan B.. The subsequent Phases would still be super tough..

Worse, no definite Plan B for now...

My humble advice - you definitely must have a backup plan esp so now that Rulang left 19 vacancies for Phase 2C.
