No need to spend money nah... take a page from the Singapore health authorities fight with smoking.

Just copy the following picture, write the words... \"Is this what you want to be when you are 50?\" and either print it out as a large poster or use it for her screen saver.
I used 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame picture on my son.... 😄

You sure that's effective? Every kid born to the world these days know santa claus doesn't exist and there's a real man in ultraman (or whatever they watch these days).

I did something similar. When my kid refuses to brush his teeth, I show him pictures of decayed tooth and it actually work, he started to let me brush his teeth

Aha... you have a natural born entrepreneur. Kids that want to believe in the tooth fairy want to get paid for giving something they have, or in this case, had.

Too much screen time can affect your child’s posture. If you notice that your child is hunching over their device, you may start to wonder what all of these mobile devices are doing to your child’s posture. In other words, if your child is slouching or hunching over a device, they may also be doing it when they’re sitting in class or at the dinner table. Poor posture can quickly become a habit. It’s best to always check our child and correct them as early as possible.

I am here to play the devil's advocate. There's actually no research to support links between bad posture and any health issues. There's some association with depression and anxiety but the association has not been determined to be causal.

I've written extensively to debunk https://squareone.com.sg/resources/text-neck-neck-pain-chiropractor-singapore/ myths. Highly recommend you give it a read. In essence, posture is a social construct. I've included lots of studies and images as well.
