Is the right - if I stay within 1 km of Rulang, my chances of getting into the school under phase 2C is the same as another parent who also stays within 1 km but under 2B based on the current statistic that even parents who do pv and stay within 1 km still need to ballot ?

Have to depend all under which distance? If all falls under within 1km? :nailbite: :xedfingers:

From today's statistic, I'm afraid this year might be \"shock\"for NCPS, balloting those staying within 1km for Phase 2B. Within 1-2km or outside 2km have no chance. :faint:

Usually, the number of applicants under P2B would be lesser than the number of applicants under P2C........so althouth still staying within 1km, chances of being successful during balloting would be higher due to the relatively lesser number of total applicant under this distance category.
