have a friend (has a son) staying in Toa Payoh keen in both Marris Stella and St. Andrew Junior. She ask - which school better, because both are affliated to Secondary ?

Oops. Just saw this. Guess it is too late now. But anyway, it is not necessary for both parents to be catholic. You have to show the child's baptism cert though (if I remember correctly).
