Ok, numbers for <1km going up. My hubby just 'interviewed' one parent who went in and more parents are spilling over from NYPS. Gosh...I think they must hve thot he is from CNA or what. :slapshead:
-
which school spill over from NYPS ? RGPS ? why spill over ?
-
From nyps to rgps. I think they must be within 1 km to both schools. Ok, rgps 44 for 41 places.

40+ vs 41 available, not too shabby :boogie: -

HDB owners do not need to sell HDB when they buy private properties. It is not the rental guys who make up the bulk of the <1km, that's for sure. It is not an easy thing to rent. You need to be staying there, which means you need to shift house and if you own a HDB, then you must sell your HDB,etc, etc.
I don't think there will be many from rental address. -
It seemed like RGPS is getting very competitive partly due to spill over from NYPS. But this does not mean that RGPS is not as good but NYPS is definitely more popular.
2 years ago was the last time where <1km can cruise in easily.
