And how do I know my DD gets into the school? by name or by a confirmation call from the school etc???

Hmm, as I know, they tick and verify the distance infront of you. So if you see there is a discrepancy, you should have told them abt it.

So did they correct it?

Was like a kan cheong spider, and when they ticked, they were talking to me, so I guess I missed it. We only found out when the called to ask us to withdraw, anyway, it was sorted out eventually.

js called the sch... stupid admin lady tell me they cannot said hw many are registered within 1km but only can inform the total number of registered applicants for P2C...


i told them i can see that from MOE website... :roll:

then i asked \" isnt there a way to check the number of registered applicants living within 1km... donch the sch hv a record... \" she put me on hold & say will check

then she came back to the phone & said \" oh, they js update the records... total applicants are 116 living within 1km... :yikes:

i wanna cry now... :sad:

on aug 5, if you are travelling and unable to use the phone to call, get a friend or relative to call the school to see if your kid has a confirmed place.

you can always call the school to ask what time results will be announced on aug 5 and other questions like letter of confirmation etc anytime before you fly.

If not unfair to those register in Phase 2C and need to ballot within 1km. Definitely is this year registration because both our kids is in the same level for enrichment class.
