My DD1 will be registering next year… but looks like the nearest pri sch for me is over-subscribed. and i’ve got no backup plans!!! arghs…

you should be safe if you are staying <1km from plmgps and registering under phase 2c.. but if you look at the school's balloting history, there are balloting conducted at <1km for phase 2c in year 2006 & 2007. as a ks parent, you may wish to have a backup plan in place(in case the unexpected happen).. or else PV in the school(almost guaranteed for <1km)
